# Hello2027 FAQ

## What is the Goodbye 2026 Welcome 2027 trend?

It is a New Year video format that moves from 2026 into 2027 using a photo and a fixed cinematic scene.

## Which scenes are available?

Hello2027 currently offers Climb the giant 2027 and Say goodbye to your 2026 self.

## Do I need a template app?

No. Upload in the browser, choose a scene and wait for the result.

## What photo works best?

Use one sharp, well-lit photo of one consenting adult with a visible face; a full-body image works best for Goodbye.

## How long and what format?

Every output is 10 seconds, 9:16 and MP4 with AI-original sound and no watermark.

## Is the original platform sound included?

No. The video uses original generated audio; add any platform sound yourself when posting.

## Is there a free trial?

No. The $9 pack is enough for three 480p videos or one 720p video.

## What is the difference between 480p and 720p?

480p costs 292 credits and 720p costs 642 credits.

## What happens if generation fails?

The video step can be retried; a completed composite is retained so it is not charged twice.

## Can I use a friend’s or celebrity’s photo?

Use a friend’s photo only with consent. Do not use celebrity or other public-figure photos.
